| 1 | tb | Salt |
| 2 | c | Brown sugar or molasses |
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the bananas, onions and dates in a heavy pot, pour the vinegar over and cook until tender. Beat to a pulp and add the curry powder, ginger, salt, and molasses.
