We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

The world can pull us into its grip. If we are not careful, Christians can allow the world to dictate our causes and our beliefs and our attitudes. We can easily get squeezed into its mold and while we intend well, the powerhouse of our actions becomes feelings, experiences or whatever is currently trending.

3/4 c Flour
1/4 ts Baking powder
1 c Dates; cut up
1/4 c Butter
1 c Sugar

350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm. Cut into narrow bars and
dust with powdered sugar.
Although this cookie was one created to celebrate the newly available
iceboxes in the 1890s, they're just as good tasting and just as handy to
keep in today's refrigerators.
