INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all but one can of V-8 together. Sape into loaf. bake 350 in Pam
sprayed loaf pan 1 hour. Half way through baking smear loaf with ketchup.
When loaf is cooked and drained, pierce top with fork and pour second can
of V-8 over top allowing to run down and around meat. Let stand 10 minutes
