Ingredients: 8 md Potatoes; peeled and cut in 1-inch cubes; 2 tb Water; 1 pt Sour cream; 2 tb Chopped pimiento; 2 tb Chopped green pepper; Salt; pepper; 1 cn Mushroom soup; (10 3/4 oz); 1 cn (9-oz) frito-lay® brand mild cheddar flavor cheese dip; 1 pk Frozen peas; (10 oz)

1	cn	(9-oz) frito-lay® brand mild cheddar flavor cheese dip
1	pk	Frozen peas; (10 oz)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients except for peas and pour into a greased 9"x13"x2"
casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are
done. Cook peas in a small amount of water; drain. Arrange cooked peas
around edge of cooked potatoes.
