Name: Deviled Eggs a la Jadi
Ingredients: 9 Hard-boiled eggs; peel shell; 3 Scallions; finely chopped; 1 12 oz can tuna; drained and flaked; 1 1/2 ts Dry mustard; 3/4 c Soy sauce; 1 tb Sesame or peanut oil; 1 1/2 ts Lemon juice; Salt and freshly ground black pepper; Paprika

INGREDIENTS

9		Hard-boiled eggs; peel shell

1		12 oz can tuna; drained and flaked
1 1/2	ts	Dry mustard
3/4	c	Soy sauce
1	tb	Sesame or peanut oil
1 1/2	ts	Lemon juice
		Salt and freshly ground black pepper
		Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove hardened yolks to a mixing bowl. Add
scallions, tuna, mustard, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper
to taste. Mix well. Fill egg white halves with tuna/egg yolk mixture.
Sprinkle tops with paprika. Note: Crab meat or abalone may be substituted
for the tuna.
