INSTRUCTIONS
Cook sugar, syrup and water to boiling point. Caver and let boil 3
minutes without stirring. Remove cover, cook unitl hard ball stage or
255 F. Add salt and vanilla to egg whites, beat until still. Pour
syrup from a height of 1 foot, slowly into whites. When thick, drop by
teaspoonful on waxed paper, after adding nuts.
