INGREDIENTS

5	c	Sugar
1	c	Light corn syrup
1	c	Water
2	ts	Vanilla extract
4		Egg whites
3	c	Nuts; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine light corn syrup, water and sugar.  Boil to 265.  Beat egg whites
stiff and gradually beat in boiling syrup.  Whip until it begins to
stiffen.  Add vanilla and nuts; drop on wax paper.  Makes about 150 pieces.
