Dog Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

3 1/2 c Flour
1 c Rye flour
1 c Cornmeal
2 c Bulgur; uncooked
1/2 c Dry milk
1 tb Salt
1 pk Yeast
2 c Chicken or beef broth
1 lg Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

BISCUIT
GLAZE
Combine all the biscuit ingredients. Roll very thin (about 1/8 inch thick)
& cut in desired shape. Dough will be very stiff.
Place on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Brush the biscuits with 1 beaten
egg.
Bake at 300F for 40-45 minutes. If crispier biscuits are desired, turn off
oven & leave the biscuits in oven for several hours.
Biscuits can be packaged into portions & then frozen.
