Vegetables, Eggs Not, Sent 12 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Baking cocoa
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking powder
1 1/3 c Mashed ripe banana
1/3 c Vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 c Miniature semisweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl,
combine bananas, oil and egg; stir into dry ingredients just until
moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups
three-forths full. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test
done.
