INGREDIENTS
| 1 | lb | Roquefort cheese |
| 2 | tb | Butter |
| 1 | ts | Hungarian paprika |
| 1/2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
| Salt; to taste | ||
| Freshly ground black pepper; to taste | ||
| 1/3 | c | Port wine |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients, except wine, in a bowl and blend with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in Port and continue beating until light and creamy. Fill small covered jars or earthenware pots with mixture. Place a piece of waxed paper (cut to fit) over the top of the cheese. Cover the jar and store in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
