INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients, except wine, in a bowl and blend with electric
mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in Port and continue beating until light
and creamy. Fill small covered jars or earthenware pots with mixture. Place
a piece of waxed paper (cut to fit) over the top of the cheese. Cover the
jar and store in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers. The small jars/pots
of spread make great gifts.
