[Sarah Edwards] did not permit this soul communion to interfere with her daily duties and tasks, but somewhere in her busy schedule there was always time for a quiet walk with God. INGREDIENTS

2	c	Milk — powdered nonfat
1	tb	Chicken bouillon powder
1	tb	Cornstarch
1/2	tb	Dried onion flakes
1/4	ts	Dried basil
1/4	ts	Dried thyme
1/8	ts	Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all & store in a baggie. Use 1/3 c mix with 1 1/4 c water. Cook,
stiring until thick. Add mushrooms for mushroom soup.
Can add parmesan cheese,  grated cheddar (low fat),  or dijon mustard (or
whatever turn you on) as a sauce over veggies.
