Mix all & store in a baggie. Use 1/3 c mix with 1 1/4 c water. Cook,
stiring until thick. Add mushrooms for mushroom soup.
Can add parmesan cheese, grated cheddar (low fat), or dijon mustard (or
whatever turn you on) as a sauce over veggies.
