INGREDIENTS

4	c	Zucchini, diced
1	c	Vinegar
1/2	c	Sugar
1/4	c	Prepared horseradish
1	ts	Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel or enamelware saucepan and bring
to a boil. Cool completely. Drain to serve. Makes about 4 cups.
