INGREDIENTS
2 | c | Cornmeal |
1 1/2 | t | Salt |
1 | t | Baking powder |
1 1/2 | c | Milk or water |
1/2 | c | Cooking oil or bacon grease |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix thoroughly cornmeal, salt, baking powder and milk. Put oil or grease in a skillet; heat. Let crust form. Give a good stir and lower heat to simmer. Cover. Cook 15 minutes.
