INGREDIENTS

1 Egg white
2 1/2 c Sifted icing sugar
2 tb Softened butter
1/2 ts Peppermint extract
Food coloring

INSTRUCTIONS

From the Second Helpings, Please! cookbook
Combine all the ingredients except the food coloring. Mix until
smooth & creamy. Divide into 4 parts. leave 1 part white & tint the
remaining parts pink, green & yellow. Shape into 1" balls. Place on
wax paper & flatten with the tines of a fork.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
