INSTRUCTIONS
JUICE IT: Many Mexicans drink nopal juice because it is believed to
control diabetes and relieve intestinal upsets.
Cut the raw paddles into pieces that will fit in your blender. Throw
in 3-inch-long slices of lemon peel and sugar. Use the liquefy
function until your mixture has the consistency of apple juice. Add
ice and serve.
Serves 2.
