To broil: Oil shallow baking pan. Arrange fillets in pan; brush
steaks with melted butter. Broil 4-5" from heat source, 10-12
minutes. Season with lemon pepper & serve. To grill: Prepare grill.
Allow coals to burn 30 minutes or until coated with light grey ash.
