Eggs Sauce 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 Egg yolks
2 Cloves (medium) garlic; peeled
1 ts Paprika
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1/4 c Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients except olive oil in blender. Blend on low speed until
garlic is finely chopped, about 2 minutes. Blend in olive oil. Excellent on
fish.
