INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | c | Bacon; diced |
| 2 | c | Water |
| 1 | pt | Fresh octopus; steam til tender |
| 2 | c | Steamed rice; slightly undercooked |
| 1 | lb | Tomatoes |
| 1 | cn | Okra |
| 1/2 | c | Onions; diced |
| 1 | Green pepper; diced | |
| 1/4 | ts | Cayenne |
| 1/2 | c | Celery; diced |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
