INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until
smooth. Pour mixture into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until
heated through and smooth, stirring occasionally. Serve with hot, cooked
fettuccini. Makes 4 serving.
