INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients together for a change to the standard mashed
potato, butter and milk combination.  Another option: Slice some
Italian sausage...add it to the Aligot,  place in an oven proof dish,
top with cheese and more fresh herbs.  Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in
