INGREDIENTS

9 c Sifted all-purpose flour
1 T Salt
2 c Crisco shortening
3 T Baking powder
1/4 c Sugar
3 c Mix
2/3 c Milk
3 c Mix
1 c Milk
2 Eggs
3 c Mix
2/3 c Milk
1/2 c Grated American cheese
1 t Paprika
3 c Mix
1 c Milk
1 Egg
2 T Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir baking powder, salt & sugar into flour. Sift together 3 times
into large mixing bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until
mix is consistency of cornmeal. Store in a tightly covered container
at room temperature. To measure mix, pile it lightly into a standard
cup & level off with a spatula. BISCUITS; Stir ingredients & roll as
for other biscuits. Bake at 450 until done. PANCAKES: Stir  ingredients
together & grill as usual. CHEESE BISCUITS: Mix  ingredients, bake as
for biscuits. MUFFINS:  Mix & bake at 425.  MRS GERALD (GIN) TERRAIN
