God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)
Not till we have become humble and teachable, standing in awe of God's holiness and sovereignty, acknowledging our own littleness, distrusting our own thoughts and willing to have our minds turned upside down, can divine wisdom become ours.

Melt chocolate chips over hot water (a double boiler works great or you can
do it in the microwave); then let the chocolate cool for 10 minutes. Beat
egg whites until stiff but not dry then beat in the sugar gradually. Beat
until stiff and satiny. Fold the vanilla, chocolate, and almonds into the
egg whites. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350
degrees F. for 15 minutes. This will make 4 1/2 dozen - gauge the size of
the meringue accordingly so you know you are making them the correct size.
