Almond Poppy Bread (abm) – Large Loaf

3/4 c Water
3 c White bread flour
1 1/2 T Dry milk
1 t Salt
1 1/2 T Butter
3/4 c Lemon yogurt
2 T Honey
1/2 c Almonds, sliced and toasted
1 T Lemon peel, dried
3 T Poppy seeds
2 t Yeast, fast rise or machine
3 t Yeast, active dry

INSTRUCTIONS

Source:  Electric Bread  This soft yellow bread is reminiscent of your
favorite poppy seed  muffin, but versatile enough to take you from
breakfast to dessert.  Start the day enjoying it with a touch of sweet
butter on a  freshly-toasted slice. Savor with tea in the afternoon.
After  dinner, celebrate this winning dessert bread by topping with
