INGREDIENTS

2 c Butter
1 c Brown sugar
1 c White sugar
2 Egg yolks; beaten
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

SHORTBREAD
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix shortbread ingredients in order. Pat into greased cookie sheet and bake
for 20 minutes or until browned on top.
Remove from oven and pour semi-sweet chocolate chips over hot shortbread.
When chips begin to melt spread evenly over shortbread.
Top with chopped walnuts and pat down. Cool slightly and cut into bars.
