INGREDIENTS
1 | lb | Almonds, chopped |
2 | c | Sugar |
1 | lb | Butter |
6 | Eggs, beaten | |
4 | c | Flour |
1 | T | Sour cream |
1 | T | Vanilla |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix almonds with sugar. Cream butter well; add beaten eggs. Add to sugar mixture and mix well. Stir in flour, sour cream and the vanilla. Pour into two 8 or 9 inch square baking pans and bake at 325 F. for 1 hour. Frost, if desired.
