INGREDIENTS

250 g Almonds
250 g Powder sugar
1 Egg
ts Sugared lemonzest

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the almonds. Dry them and grind them (not too finely) together with
the sugar, egg and lemonzest. Leave in a cool place for at least a few days
to 'ripen'.
