INGREDIENTS

1 pk Cake mix — prepared as
Directed
12 oz Coconut, dried
8 oz Coconut cream
16 oz Cool Whip®
2 tb Amaretto

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix cake mix as directed on package  adding amaretto and 6  oz. coconut to
batter, bake as directed. When done  take out of oven  with end of wooden
spoon make holes in entire cake ,pour coconut cream over top  of cake let
stand  3 hrs or over night . frost with mixture of cool whip and remaining
coconut. keep refigerated.
