INGREDIENTS

1/2 oz Sunflower oil
1/2 oz Runny honey
6 oz Rolled oats
1 oz Each wholewheat flakes; sesame seeds,
; sunflower seeds,
; and mixed chopped
; nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

1 tsp ground cinnamon 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C/325°F/Gas mark 3.
2. Combine the oil and honey and mix with the other ingredients.
3. Spread this out evenly on a non-stick baking tray and bake for
about 30 minutes, turning once. Check regularly to ensure it isn't
over-browning.
4. Remove from the oven when deep golden brown.
