INGREDIENTS

2 lb Ground beef
1 pk (1-1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix
14 oz Newman Sockaronni sauce
2 c Crushed saltines
9 oz Crushed tortilla chips
2 c Cooked hot rice
1 Head thin sliced lettuce
2 c Diced tomatoes
1 c Chopped carrots
1 c Onions
1 c Sunflower seeds
1 c Sliced ripe olives
1 c Diced green peppers
1 c Diced celery
1 1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 c Crumbled cooked bacon
11 oz Newman's Own salsa

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In skillet, brown ground beef with taco seasoning. Add Sockarooni sauce;
heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, until most of the
liquid evaporates.
2. Mix crushed crackers & tortilla chips in bowl. Place ground beef
mixture, rice and remaining ingredients in individual bowls.
3. Allow guests to serve themselves, layering as follows: lettuce - crushed
crackers/chips - meat mixture - rice - tomatoes - carrots - onions - olives
pepper - celery - cheese - bacon - sunflower seeds - salsa
