INSTRUCTIONS
How to Prepare the Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Let sit while preparing pasta. How to Prepare the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat, add the pasta and cook until al dente. Place the arugula leaves in the bottom of an extra-large bowl or platter. Drain the pasta and immediately pour the pasta over the leaves.
