INGREDIENTS
| 8 | oz | Cream cheese |
| 1/2 | c | Sour cream |
| 2 | tb | Dried onions; or a little less |
| 2 | tb | Milk |
| 2 | tb | Green pepper; chopped |
| 3 | oz | Dried chipped beef; chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
