INSTRUCTIONS
Cut bread horizontally in half. Drizzle dressing evenly over cut sides of
bread.
Layer lettuce, cheese, ham, salami and peppers on bottom half. Top with to
half. Secure loaf with toothpicks or small skewers. Cut into 6 wedges.
