INGREDIENTS

4 T Rice vinegar, white or
apple cider vinegar will
do
4 T Fresh basil, minced
2 T Lemon juice
1 T Ginger root, minced
1 c Unsweetened applesauce
1 T Brown sugar
1 t Chili sauce, I used a red
Thai variety from the
supermarket
1 t Toasted sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS

This dressing has only 1t of fat. It is a little unusual in texture.
It was recommended for a cole-slaw type salad.  Just mix everything
