INGREDIENTS
2 | c | Self-rising flour |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1 1/2 | t | Ground cinnamon |
2 | Eggs, beaten | |
3/4 | c | Apple butter |
1/4 | c | Melted butter |
2 | T | Apple juice |
1/2 | c | Chopped nuts |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine flour, sugar & cinnamon. Set aside. Combine eggs, apple butter, butter & apple juice. Add to flour mixture, blending well. Stir in nuts & raisins. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
