INGREDIENTS
| 1/3 | c | Margarine |
| 1 | c | White flour |
| 1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |

| 1 | ts | Baking soda, in 2/3 c water |
| 1/3 | c | Raisins |
| 2 | Egg whites, whipped | |

| 1 | c | Finely chopped apple |
| 1/3 | c | Chopped walnuts |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream the margarine and sugar. Add dry ingredients and water alternately, then apple. Dust the raisins and nuts with a small amount of flour and add them to the batter. Fold in the egg whites.
