INGREDIENTS

4 Grated apples
5 Egg yolks
5 t Sugar
8 oz Grated nuts
Juice of one lemon
Raisins
1 Full tsp.
Dry yeast

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients.  Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and add them
carefully to the mixture.  Bake as any cake in a floured, oiled pan.
