INGREDIENTS

1/4 | c | Chopped green bell pepper |
1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
3/4 | t | Ground cinnamon |
1/4 | t | Salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
~ In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes, or until apples are tender. ~ Serve warm or cold. Makes 2 cups. Serves 8: 104 cals, 0.3g fat.
