Apple Chutney (wd) Sweet

INGREDIENTS

4 c Apples, peeled cored and
chopped about 2 pouds
1/2 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c Bottled lemon juice, from
concentrate
1/3 c Raisins
1/4 c Chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c Chopped onion
3/4 t Ground cinnamon
1/4 t Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

~ In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well. Place over
high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered,
30 to 40 minutes, or until apples are tender.  ~ Serve warm or cold.
Makes 2 cups. Serves 8: 104 cals, 0.3g fat.  See MARINATED PORK CHOPS
