INGREDIENTS

1 Carton, 8 ounces plain
yogurt
1 c Apple Sauce, *see note
1 T Honey
1/2 t Cinnamon
6 Cold drink cups, 3-oz.
6 Wooden sticks

INSTRUCTIONS

In medium bowl, combine yogurt, apple sauce, honey and cinnamon; blend
well. Fill each cup with about 1/3 cup yogurt mixture.  Place cups in
freezer until partially frozen, about 1 hour.  Insert sticks; freeze
until firm, about 2 hours. To serve, remove  drink cups.  Notes:
Pantry: Mott's Natural or Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Either plastic
popsicle molds or ice cube trays can be used to make these refreshing
