INGREDIENTS

2 3-oz strawberry gelatin
2 c Boiling water
1 1/2 c Cold water
1/4 t Cinnamon
1 c Diced, peeled apples
1/2 c Diced celery
1/4 c Chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water & cinnamon & chill
until thickened. Fold in apples, celery & pecans. Spoon into a 6-cup
