1/2 c Plain; nonfat yogurt, drained overnight in a coffee filter in the refridgerator
2 ts Sugar
1 ts Prepared horseradish
1 ts Prepared mustard
1/8 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 md Apple; cored and chopped
1 1/2 c Shredded cabbage
1/4 c Shredded carrot
1/4 c Thinly sliced green onion

BH&G LOW CALORIE RECIPES, SUMMER, 1986 Combine first 6 ingredients. Add
apple, stir to coat well.  Stir in rest of ingredients, until evenly mixed
and coated.  Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Makes 4
servings
