INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine first 3 ingredients (through apple juice) in
a bowl. Toss well and set aside.
Combine flour and next 4 ingredients (through nutmeg) in another bowl. Cut
in margarine with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
Place apple mixture in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking
spray; sprinkle evenly with flour mixture. Lightly coat top with cooking
spray. Cover and bake at 375F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an
additional 20 minutes or until apples are tender. Serves 6. [Per serving
