INSTRUCTIONS
CRUMB TOPPING
Pare the apples and slice thin. Combine the sugar, flour, spices and salt;
mix with apples. Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry, fill with apple
mixture and dot with butter. Sprinkle with the crumb topping. Bake at 400
degrees for 50 minutes or until done.
Crumb Topping: Mix together the first three ingrediants. Cut in the butter
until crumbly.
