INGREDIENTS

150 g Apple flesh
20 g Lemon Juice
10 g Almond Oil
10 g Wheatgerm Oil
10 g Egg White
20 dr Essential oil of Marigold

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Peel and core the apple. Remove any discoloured parts and dice. 2. Place
in a blender add all the other ingredients and blend for a minute at low
speed and a minute at high speed.
Depending on the amount of juice in the apple, the cream may be too wet or
too dry. If so, add a teaspoon of rice flour or more lemon juice and blend
for another minute.
