Eggs, Dairy French 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

4 Apples
1 t Baking powder
2 Eggs
1 t Salt
1/2 c Milk
1 t Oil
1 c Flour, sifted

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare Fritter batter (to bind fruit or Veggies)   Beat eggs, stir in
milk.  Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; add to eggs and
milk. Add the oil and mix well.  Cut up Fruit or veggies and dip in
batter. Drop into hot deep oil and fry until brown.  Drain and serve
hot with syrup (or gravy for veggies)   Batter can be used for many
things, Can add a cup of corn to make corn fritters. Bananas, cut in
half and dip in batter and fry. Use for onion rings also.   Can
sprinkle Fruit Fritter with Powdered sugar. French Fried Bread, just
