INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350.. Toss apples, honey, brown sugar, orange juice
concentrate and spices. Place the mixture in a 9x13 pan and set aside. In a
separate bowl mix the oil, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and
egg to form a thick batter. Drop by spoonfuls onto apple mixture. Bake 45
minutes at 350. or until top is nicely browned. Makes 8 servings.
