INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pk | Or 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin |
| 1 | qt | Unsweetened apple juice |
| 2 | tb | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tb | Liquid artificial sweetener |
| Food coloring; if desired |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan, soften gelatin in apple and lemon juice. Bring to a rolling boil, dissolving gelatin; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in liquid sweetener and food coloring. Pour hot into hot jars. Adjust caps. Store in refrigerator up to three weeks.
