INGREDIENTS

1 cn Sliced apples (or 5 large apples peeled and sliced thin)
1/4 lb Melted butter
1 c Sugar
2 Beaten eggs
3/4 c Flour
1 ts Cinnamon
1/8 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients well.  Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan and bake at 375
for
50    minutes.
Variation: Try topping the kugel with cornflake crumbs mixed with cinnamon
and sugar or with pineapple slices sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
Serve Hot
