Ingredients: 6 tb Butter or margarine, softened; 6 tb Granulated sugar; 2 Eggs; 4 lg Apples, peeled and coarsely grated; Juice of 1 to 1 1/2 lemons; 1 9" pie shell (unbaked); Whipped cream or ice cream

INGREDIENTS

2		Eggs
4	lg	Apples, peeled and coarsely grated

1		9" pie shell (unbaked)
		Whipped cream or ice cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425&deg;F.  Cream butter and sugar well.  Mix in eggs,
one at a time.  Stir in apples, then lemon juice.  Fill pie shell;
bake for 20 minutes.  Reduce heat to 350&deg;F; continue baking for 25
