Apples, peeled and coarsely grated |

9" pie shell (unbaked) |

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cream butter and sugar well. Mix in eggs,
one at a time. Stir in apples, then lemon juice. Fill pie shell;
bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F; continue baking for 25
