INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425øF. Cream butter and sugar well. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Stir in apples, then lemon juice. Fill pie shell; bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350øF; continue baking for 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
